Our second campaign for Homewood, a retirement community with five locations across Maryland and Pennsylvania, involved each campus requesting their own dedicated video. We filmed over five intensive days, visiting each unique campus to capture the highlights of their distinctive spaces and community offerings.
The project presented significant logistical challenges including distance between locations, unpredictable weather, tight timing constraints, and ensuring we focused on showcasing the best aspects of each individual location. Despite these obstacles, we delivered an impressive content package: five location-specific videos, one overarching brand video, plus 15-second cutdowns for each campus. By simultaneously capturing still photography throughout the shoot, we maximized our return on investment and provided Homewood with a comprehensive library of content that could serve multiple marketing needs across all their communities.
